Project Overview:
As a long-term partner to SWSM, Wings executed large-scale communication, training, and awareness programs across multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh.
The interventions aimed to ensure behavioral transformation around hygiene, sanitation, and water quality practices.
Major Activities:
- Designed and implemented district-level IEC/BCC campaigns across 40+ districts.
- Conducted orientation workshops for ASHAs, ANMs, and Gram Panchayat officials.
- Organized Water Quality & Hygiene Fairs for citizen engagement.
- Executed graffiti, wall writing, and digital hoarding campaigns across public places.
- Supplied training kits, conference pads, messenger bags, and technical toolkits for helping beneficiaries.
- Produced audio-visual content and awareness jingles for local dissemination.
Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) – Har Ghar Jal
Project Overview:
Under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Wings has been a key implementation partner in across districts of Uttar Pradesh, focusing on ensuring access to safe drinking water and community participation in water management.
Wings is recognized as the largest Field Test Kit (FTK) supplier in Uttar Pradesh and has executed extensive IEC, BCC, and capacity-building activities under the State Water and Sanitation Mission (SWSM).
Major Activities:
- Supplied Multi-Parameter Water Quality Field Test Kits (FTKs) and H₂S Vials across all districts
- Conducted training and capacity-building sessions for Village Water Health Committees (VWHCs) and Village Water & Sanitation Committee (VWSC).
- Designed and distributed IEC & BCC materials (hoardings, banners, wall paintings, stickers, booklets).
- Organized Nukkad Nataks, village fairs, and school campaigns to promote safe water practices.
- Led FTK demonstration programs in presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister and senior officials from Govt of Uttar Pradesh
- Implemented monitoring & reporting framework for real-time impact documentation.
Rural Communication & Awareness Campaigns (MoRD / CBC Projects)
Project Overview:
Wings is empanelled with the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, and supports the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) in spreading awareness about government welfare schemes.
These campaigns enhance scheme visibility, promote citizen participation, and strengthen rural communication networks.
Major Activities:
- Designed and deployed hoardings, standees, banners, and posters for MoRD schemes.
- Executed LED van campaigns and mobile awareness drives across villages.
- Conducted publicity events, workshops, and orientation meetings at Panchayat and Block levels.
- Produced short films, digital reels, and social media ads for Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Implemented impact tracking and documentation through on-ground reporting and visuals.

The program builds community leadership and technical capacity for long-term health and environmental resilience.
